Audition Policy:

How to Try Out Taylor Hohendahl Engineering microphones!

We want you to have a proper opportunity to use, test and listen to these T.H.E. mics connected to your gear, with no obligation to buy, in your space.

We do need to protect ourselves from those that might feel the need to disappear and never be heard from again with our demo mics so we put a hold on your credit card for the value of the mic and remove the hold when we receive the mic back in the same condition we sent it to you as.

- your credit card is not charged when a credit hold is placed on your card -

Your obligation is shipping... unless you can swing on by, we need to ship our audition mic to you and you need to ship it back to us.

Refund Policy:

Our Satifaction Guarantee!

Within three (3) weeks from the receipt of your order if you are not completely satisfied we will refund your purchase, no restocking fee - with the following provisions.
- You contacted us within the three (3) week period telling us you've decided to return your purchase.
- R
eturned the goods to us, shipped at your expense, as new, undamaged and complete as you received them from us.

Lastly, and we hate to mention this, but there are those who will look at our satifaction guarantee as a great opportunity to "rent" new gear ...

Please don't purchase our products, use them for a gig and then return them!


Warranty Policy:

All warranty repairs will be handled by T.H.E.

T.H.E. product has a 2 year full replacement warranty. T.H.E. product bought from us can be sent directly to T.H.E., or you can return your gear to us, (freight collect) and we will gladly forward your gear, again, at our expense to T.H.E..

T.H.E. will return your item(s) directly to you, or, if we receive them, we will airfreight, (ground freight if overnight delivery), your gear to you at our expense.


Repair Policy:

All repairs will be handled by T.H.E.

If your T.H.E. product is outside the 2 year warranty period and you bought your gear from us, if you prefer, we will forward your gear to T.H.E.'s authorized repair facility at our expense.

T.H.E will return your repaired goods directly to you and repair expenses and freight cost payment will be made directly to T.H.E.
